Hi Kennon, Thanks for comments. Rear silencer will be the last one.
I was thinking to do the big forge bore size 66 - 69mm and follow with exhaust system.
Next project on the new alu rim with tubeless tyre.

On 25/Sep/11 got a few things done.

    - New gear lever

    - Mod the chain guard as it only hold with 2 bolt and shake during the ride.
I covered with Alu chain guard and underneath with stronger alu

    - Here pic of both mod done

    Earlier I removed hand guard.
Replace stock handle bar with red alu handle bar
    And install digital tech guage

(working at night so it was low light, bad for phone cam)

This analog tech did not work, I had to take out and redo the work

    Got this digital guage

    got wire tap

    My naked bike

    Fit in digital

Plan to convert this dirt bike into adventure look.
Next to fit with touring tyres and see the height, lower as needed.
Front and rear lower mud guard.

As this bike will be used in the city.

I like your water cooled bike, very nice with street tyres.

    Stock sprocket 13-520

this sprocket from Honda NSR150 14-520 as well as TA200 which share the same part (both cost USD 3.-)
I tried to find 15 tooth but not avail at that time, even I get one may not fit good and cant close the cover
You gain one and lose the other......
actually I want to use 15:42 or equal to 1:2.8 and have to reroute to
14:39 may use rear sprocket from Honda NSR150SP N-Pro (NPro stock is 40 and there is aftermarket for 39 tooth avail)

One of the most important is the spark plug, changed with this one cost approx USD 12.5
at full operate temp, can got it run at 900 rpm. Now adjust to 1250+-100

This Samco silicone for my UrS6. Got it for 2 meters will change all in the engine bay.
WG, BOV, ECM, FPR, AC vacuum control, Vacuum gauge, Gas Reducer....etc....
