You mention a four valve XR200…that was only in 84-85, it was not a good configuration it had overheating issues. That engine was called the RFVC 4 valve motor, it lacked a needed oil cooler.

That’s seems to be a good engine….I would like to know who is making that specific version of the 163FML…it may be Loncin or not? The 163FML are not all the same.

    Hi MJH,

-I wonder were the version with a six speed is made?

    To my knowledge.....
In my area only import the Vertical CG + CB based engine by Lifan. (There also horizon based engine)
These engines has been used in wide range,

Below is a kind of vehicle dry weight approx 400-450 Kgs powered by Lifan 110 - 200cc engine.

Those youngster swap the engine into old bike and run like hell. But it also brake down very fast.

Back a few years ago the quality is not there, but now the quality is much better.
All these air cool vertical only with conventional 5 speed, some model with only down kick.
    Some model has reverse gear.

Only some newer engine with Liquid cool will fit with 6 speed.

those horizontal engines are very powerful but they are known to break down allot since there predominantly used in pitbikes that go like stink but do require allot of maintenance since the original engine there based off the C90 or supercub will hardly hassle 60mph on the falt and your asking it to produce twice as much power with abit more CC's,
Stomp.jpghere's a friend of mines 140cc pitbike pumping around 17bhp on the rear wheel its a zongshen made engine with CRf50 replica body.
I do really like that supermoto in the last picture on the left reminds me of a galaxy XTR 125F for european markets

These increddible machine pump output from 10 HP up to 16 HP in the latest model.
    Top speed hit >170 Km/hrs
The engine pump out >320 HP per Liter !!!!! on the NA engine

    RC110

    RC111

    RC112

    RC113

    RC115

    RC115

    RC115

    RC116

    RC116

Beside this, in 2004 Honda made replica Honda CB50R
Small and light weight for street use with top speed of 120 Kh/hrs
I wish I can own one of this bike. So far I only know that 3 bikes of CB50R in Thailand.
