How many Kilometers have you done now?
How reliable is the bike? Any small problem's starting to appear?

    It does look good

    - Eng lub changed @ 60 KM. Fill up with Valoline 15w-40
    - On the clock is 630 KM
    - Hard to shift down and finding N. Solved by race engine above 2000 rpm
    - Poor stock tyre, not yet change. Plan with street touring tyres.
    - Rust on frame
    - Engine vibrate, now better after took out 1 engine bolt at the head and lift up handle bar.
    - Engine not too smooth under 2800 rpm, may be cause from ignition timing or valve timing or else.

    - Rear shock got too stiff rebound make the ride very hard
    - Front shock is just average
    - Front Brake is not sharp, rear brake too good may lock up easily
    - Plastic parts is very poor. Front fender broke.

Rest you can read in the beginning of this threat.

for the rust on the frame best tipi can give is to remove the most you can and put some copper slip onto it as copper slip doesnt evaporate it stays there protecting that spot hence why its used to lubricate parts in a drum brake, also perhaps you should try to change the front brake caliper for a uprated more something that is suited for a very large scooter i find is a big improvement as your bike is allot lighter that way its more powerful and if its from a big brand scooter its a quality part just might have to make a bracket to help it fit

last Sat i went around BKK due to the water flood.
(I went every week-end to survey and see those crisis and give hand)

This time I rode in the water and deep >50 cm.....at no time the engine went out.
The water was above spark plug close to the seat which the air filter and fresh air tube there.

I push up the sidewalk to dry place and check the plug, a little water went in.
Dry it up and leave it for 10 min and try start up again. Took a few start, engine fire up and off a few times.
After fire up let it idle for 10 min and the way back I rode on side walk all the way down and got home safe.

Next day I got it hard to shift, even harder to find N gear.
On Mon I took out the dip stick and saw a white engine oil....did someone pour in coffee & milk into my engine....

Just this afternoon I did the engine oil change with Castrol 20W50 API SL for 1 ltr
And also replace new breathe hose, put the other end under the gas tank instead down.

Will have to put grease into the plug, as I have to go into the water every weekend.
