I am waiting on the parts to get. The weather to clear up. And some time off work to knock out the paint. Lol. I need to fix my buddies Ruckus clone scooter too, he had a wreck and broke his collar bone, so I have a bit more time to get his done. I'll snap some pictures Thursday, it's my only day off this week. I'll get some of her body panels, his scooter as it is sitting right now, hopefully I'll knock my CBR wheels out for paint and get those pics, and lastly, I'll post some of my Ruckus clone.

It sounds like you have checked most of the system. Did you make sure you have a good ground. If the gound from the battery is bad nothing will work no matter how charged the battery or how good the fuse is. Good luck, Let us know.

The ground looks good. I might replace it just in case.

And I have been wondering something. This has to do with my scooter. When I first got it, the battery would hold a charge for 2 weeks, now it is holding it for longer and taking less time to charge then normal. I have a 1.5 charger, so it usually takes a few hours to charge, and as of the past month, it has only taken 45 minutes to charge. This is the stock battery that came with the scooter as well. And then if I put it in my garage for a week while it rains, I pull it out and it won't start unless it is sitting in the sun for about 20 minutes. Has anyone else had these problems?

Small update, but the parts finally shipped a month after we bought it. So yeah, crazy but it's a huge waiting game. We are looking to sell it though since she is preggo now. Anyone interested? Lol.
