    G'Day,

A good mate had to relocate back to his home country and left me his kids Jincheng Z50JZ replica bike behind, good starter bike for the 8" Z50JZ Supermoto bike project as the bike is already regoed and fully licensed for road use.

    G'Day,

Started a custom 8" Honda Z50JZ Supermoto project a couple of weeks ago, using a MIC "cheap as chips" Z50 replica frame for test fitting custom one-off and modified parts.

    G'Day,

The engine pictured is a 128cc motor (alloy cylinder) and I not a big fan of lightweight rotors, might lighten the flywheel a bit more.

Somehow toying with the idea to use Brembo controls for the 8" Z50JZ Supermoto bike.....

looks mint mate, a friend of mine with a 140cc supermoto race pitbike fitted the front brakes caliper off a KTM 85SX very very powerful especially as its such a light weight bike but if you go that route dont buy one thats says its made for a KTM as there more expensive than the same brembo caliper used on Yamaha's they just arent as colourful

    G'Day,

Pitbikes are a different due to 10",12",14" wheels, many different brake calipers will fit easily without modifications.
Will be using 8" wheels and brake caliper choices are quite limited due to size to one piston / two piston calipers: Brembo, AP-Racing, Nissin, Tokico or one-off custom CNC brake calipers.

G-Craft Alloy Rear Disc Brake Hub (CNC)
G-Craft alloy 3.5" wheels (front / rear) with Bridgestone Battlax BT390 3.5x8" tyres.
G-Craft +40mm alloy swingarm, rear G-Craft alloy hub (disc brake), CF-Posh alloy rear sprocket, Custom CNC alloy brake caliper stay.

    G'Day,

Have no idea about UK Supermoto racing classes, you might be right.

Changed the spacers (bushes) in the G-Craft alloy hubs from three piece tarnished and rusty steel to polished one piece stainless steel ones.

Test fitting a Shift-Up / Japan main stand to be used on the 8" Z50JZ Supermoto bike later on.

    G'Day,

Fastway foot pegs installed, they are by far the best footrests I have come across so far.
Added a little stop for the G-Craft alloy rear disc brake lever while modifying the footrest bracket for the Fastway pegs.
