The engine would be a 170MN,173MM

The 173MN engines are currently manufactured by Xinyuan Chongging Motorcyle Co., Chongqing Yingang Science & Technology (Group) Co. Ltd and also Chongqing Dongben Industry Co., Ltd.

Others may be manufacturing the engine as well….CPI claims to be operating out of Taiwan and based on what it is offering it is sourcing from a few Chinese OEM’s

The engine is likely sourced from one of the following.....

    Shineray (Xinyuan Chongging Motorcyle Co)
Yingang (Chongqing Yingang Science & Technology (Group) Co. Ltd )
Dongben (Chongqing Dongben Industry Co., Ltd)

I see CPI as a brand name, not as an actual manufacturer. They are likely sourcing from more then one actual manufacturer of china and doing that as a client.

That bike has been around for a while, here is an image from 2007, or at least that is the date in the camera, that took the picture?

Their internet marketing is sort of disorganized.they have more then one website.
    http://www.cpimoto.co.uk/
    http://cpi.moorelarge.co.uk/motorcycle.html

Then they do not offer much details on the bikes and the images are cheesythe cutout images distort the bike I think.
