In Turkey Qianjiangs are being offered under RKS Motors as a brand name.

They have a version with a OHC 200cc that offer 12KW @9000 rpm, that’s 16.32HP which is what that bike needs.

RKS does not offer only Qianjiang, they also offer Qingqi models.

The 600cc is only being offered in Asia so far and the 250cc has not been released yet it has been only eleven months since it's debut in Milan, I would expect it in 2013 and offered first in Italy.

I was convinced that I saw this bike under a different brand than Qianjiang.

Here it is: Stels Flame 200 - http://www.stelsmoto.ru/product/stels-flame-200/

Copper colored bike - not often seened on Chinabikes.

Checked the link - says it's carburetted. I think here we have it EFI, but I might be wrong.

This is probably because the carburetor can better cope with the traditional russian OM type of gasoline, than EFI system.

    Oh, you ignorant!

    In today's Russia!

As far as I know, there are following types of automotive gasoline in Russia: A-72, A-76/80, AI-91, AI-92, AI-95, and OM (it stands for "Oslinnaya Mocha").

Well Russians just have not figure out how to get rich and keep all others happy as well, their “donkey urine” is what .84 per liter, That price per liter equates to about $3.15 a gallon and less then what we are paying in the USA today, but the quality of gasoline here is relatively good and in that fairly consistent.

Russia is set for making some more changes and so are the Chinese…I would suggest standard fuels and standard accountancy for emissions, for one.
