How cold does it need to get before you put the bike away for winter.

Was using my wiz bang ski gloves.Not great on using the controls but doable.Anyways had more snow this week and there is only a thin line of asphalt showing now and yesterday they had the snow clearing trucks which have big brush wheels on the front that sweep/blow of the fresh snow leaving a layer of ice on the road.Hell I can't even walk on it with out slipping over.Looks like no biking for me till spring.Wonder if they sell snow tires for bikes.

... just remove your front wheel. Of course I would try by myself ..... but have no snow in BJ.
