speedo cable tmec 200

this bike is killing me... with in 50 miles i have tuned the carb, put a new bolt on the rear shock when it popped out, and now the speedometer cable snapped the housing and the inner is shot. any ideas where to get one so far you all have been really helpful.

i bought it from supersportz and those guys really suck. They told me the bike would be turn key and told me they would send parts and never did. Thanks for the other importers and retailers, will check with them.

Sorry to read that supersportz did you wrong. The problem with alot of these larger dealers selling Chinese bikes through a storefront and mail-order such as supersportz is that they sell bulk and don't bother to carry parts. Excalibur (atvsusa.com) is not too far from supersportz but does not have anything to do with them. The greater metropolitan area of L.A. has become a hotbed of Chinese wholesalers/distributors/manufacturers/retailers. I have spoken with someone from Excalibur and he did mention that in some way they are indirectly related to Mefast. He also said that the head, or one of the heads, of TMEC visits them a couple times of year from China. In other words, I would start with them, as they seem to have direct contact with the factory in China. Mefast should be second...

i ordered a kit to make a new speed cable. And i think most of the issues ive had was due to poor prepping done by supersportz, they told me it would be ready to go. Oh well i guess you get what u pay for. Ill just keep fixing and riding. I would suggest to anyone else to choose a different retailer.
