    Dear dchinnis,

Wow, that's like finding hidden treasure. Cool find, and now a great project bike -- great way to get your feet wet in this excellent forum.

What's your strategy for getting the bike registered? You probably will face a bit of red tape at your local DMV...

Surely someone here in MCM can scare up a manual for you. As for the lock, you'll probably have to replace the ignition mechanism, which might require getting a part from one of the many dealers that carry versions of this bike.

How about some pix, and do keep us updated about your progress.

    Welcome to MCM!

Is it a Qlink or a Qingqi? Check out this post where it has links to two manuals that may apply to your bike.
http://www.mychinamoto.com/forums/sh...-Repair-Manual Check out the last page for the english version.

Also, check out the Qlink website and compare your bike to the XF200 or XP200. You can get parts for both through the site.
http://www.qlinkmotor.com/index.php They are pretty pricey, though.
