03-08-2012, 04:35 PMI just rebult my engine and my bike isnt ticking over i used the valve clearances from the honda cg manuel of 0.08 - 0.08 , and im not sure if this is correct valves clearance for my engine , the bike is a giantco city hunter engine number FMI156 , does anyone know the valve clearances for this engine ?

Just going through some recent threads and see you'd not gotten any reply to your request about valve clearances. Have you managed to sort this out? The brand of your bike is not one that I recognize, and without pictures or further information it's not too likely that folks in this forum will rise to the bait. But the FMI156 engine is well known to many in MCM, and it should not be too hard to get you some answers, and maybe a proper service manual.
How about an update?
