Welcome to MCM. We love mysteries and challenges here. How about posting a picture or two of the bike, which might make things easier.

    cheers!

If the VIN starts with “A” then that would mean it is supposed to have been made in America. Chinese country code is “L”.

It was sold by Roketa, it is obviously an Off Road bike, so you probably have no title.

It looks like one of these to me…

After reading your reply I would say you are correct. I went out to the garage and the stone guards on the triple tree say Roketa which I did not associate with being the manufacturer of said cycle. This should make life a lot easier as there is a starting point, now to hem down the correct model. Thank you so much!!!
Appreciate ya for enlightening me on what should have been the obvious, and yes it says off road before the vin.IMG_3610.jpgIMG_2980.jpgIMG_2981.jpg

    Dear MJH,

Nice sleuthing, as always! The Roketa is obviously a Chinabike -- and the photographs clearly are taken in a Chinese factory -- so why would it have a US-derived engine number? Any theory?

    cheers

I do not know other then that AIZ is not a valid WMI…which makes it ineligible for a title, in states that require one for Off-Road motorcycles. In my State they require them to be titled have a license plate and be registered.

But registration only cost $35.00 and last three years.

That little pit bike is not one you'd want to be riding on the street anyway. Fayetteam is in Georgia; wonder what the rules are there for off-roading. My guess is they are pretty lax, but then you've got to get to the dirt to ride the dirt....

    cheers
