#1 Sym Jet Moped Carb Settings help ?C-Moto Not-so-Noob

Hi ive got a sym jet bassix 2007 moped 50cc and the guy who had it before me tryed messing around with the air and petrol screw and the tick over screw and now its struggerling to start and tick over any help ?
anyone know the default settings for theese screws?
