    Hello dear!

I would like to buy my first motobike 250.
I looked through Minsk motobike from Belarus - in Moscow it's calls С4 250 http://www.minsk-moto.com/c4_250
...and second one is Baltmotors bike which collected in Russia from Chines parts Street 250 DD http://www.baltmotors.ru/thumbs.ashx...&size=Original
These both have the same technical features, but I don't like main front lamp like minsk has.
I know that these both motobikes are one hundred percent copy from Chines bikes.
What would you recomend according to the quality and like the first expiriense in moto?
    And recently I found http://patron-moto.ru/catalog/models.../taker250.html
it,s looks good, but in Russia it's only in white color - I like black...
I was surprised when I knew that in China they cost cheaper than in Moscow in twise or three times )))
In Moscow Minsk C4 250 cost 3.060$, Baltmotors street 250 DD cost 3.390$ and Patron Taker cost 4.060$.
But in case if I will buy in China directly I will have to pay for the customs, delivery service and additional Russian fee and in the and I will have the same Moscow price!

Different engines and sourced through different manufactures. Both have Suzuki engine designs but they do not have the same engines.

Baltmotors Motorcycles would be sourced from Jinan Qingqi and their engines are licensed under Suzuki technology. The M1NSK C4 250 is made by Loncin and it is not licensed from Suzuki, its engine is a different engine they came up with on their own.

I am not seeing a 249cc Baltmotors Moldel on their website only the 200cc….the 200cc price is $2,634.59 USD or 86,500 RUB for the 200, what is the price on the 250?
    http://www.baltmotors.ru/motocycles

The 250 Baltmotors would have a newer engine design, it is a 249cc OHC 2-valve it is the engine that Suzuki is using in its ST250 model, which is not offered in Russia, it is offered in the US as a TU250 with EFI

The C4 250 is also based on a Suzuki engine, it is a 249cc OHC 4-valve and the engine Suzuki uses in its GN250 model and its GZ250 model, but it is a Loncins version of the engine? How good is it, who knows they sell a lot of them in South America as a Zanella Model.

I would prefer the Baltmotors Qingqi 250 model….the big tank in white would always look good, white is very forgiving and stays cooler in the sun, the black would show every mark and really only looks good in the shade. Just my personal preference. If you have a white bike you can get a white helmet and will notice a difference in the sun, black attract light and heats up, white reflects and stays cool.

Being cool is important….the Qingqi is actually a cool design the C4 250 not so much…the C4 250 has potential but to some extent it seems it is trying to hard to be cool.

The Patrons 250 is a Yingang and is very cool and very fast it has a water cooled 249cc DOHC with a six speed. But for 120,000 RUB its price is high, quality of the build is sketchy. Its engine is a copy of a Honda engine, close to what is in the CBR250R. They are also selling those in Argentina as a Gilera Model.

if i was you i would choose the patron taker 250 as that engine is probably the most powerful of the three you have linked us and also its got quite favorable reviews for that engine being a copy of the Honda NX250

    Thank MJH for your comments.
I Just used online contact on the website to ask about Baltmotors street 200 DD and sales manager replied me that 250 DD will comming soon.
Today I reseived the invoice form supplier - 96.000rub that is about 2.960 american $.
So I bought Baltmotors street 250 DD today ))).
Sales manager told me that 250 DD has 100% the same design like 200 DD, but has a new engine 19 hp.
I have asked him about design, because I had found Baltmotors source http://www.qingqi.com.cn/en/product_show.aspx?id=128
I like classical rounder front main lamp and it was important for me.

Yes, I totally agree with you according to the with color. Black is too hot on the sun. But I have already bought moto clothes and helmet in black color with small white reflecting vents. Looks good with black motobikes. Thats why I chose Baltmotors instead of Patron Taker.

I also agree with you that the Patron - Yingang has a most progressive engine from this three 250 and has 25hp instead 19hp like in Minsk and BM. But color - in Russia only white. And it's not collected (produced) in Russia, they are just buying in China and selling in Russia with heavy price.

Patron Taker has a very good technical specs, but builds quality is bad as MJH has written. I heard it from the other guys as well.
Baltmotors has own manufacture in Kaliningrad and produced motobikes from Chines spare parts. I hope that quality of build in Russia is better than Yingang in China ))) Probably yes, probably not ))) And price about 4.000$ in Russia instead of 1.500-2.000$ in China it's not very good...

I guess that Cixi Kingring (Jinlun) does make a standard version with the 234cc twin, its so ugly though.
