2006 zongshen gs need info and parts help

Can anyone help with a link to a shop manual for the gs250? Also need rear seat having ignition problems now no spark. Going to check stator to see if pulse is there , is there a way to check cdi? Coil? Replaced plug, wire and cap and also went over all grounds. Need to repair 2 cracks in fairing just got bike has 3264 miles in good condition cant wait to get it on the road. Has anyone tried shaving the head and port polishing for the claimed 25% power increase. Any and all info appreciated thanks frank
