So I guess if your neighbor wants to ruin your life all he has to do is tell the police your planning a street race with the Mercedez Benz you put a performance air filter on so it can breathe better , your car is as good as crushed in Toronto .
I don't condone street racing at all , but I do condone performance mods to any extent as to not cause anyone any problems of course . They have once again taken this to the extreme and punished everyone instead . So what do they do with the guy that ownes the Porshe' 911 Targa Turbo that can do 180 MPH stock ? If he peels out in his driveway I guess they can crush his car legally in Toronto . Or if his neighbor doesn't like that he ownes a nicer car than he does then he could tell the cops he is planning a street race and have his car crushed . Nice laws .

Anyway, I hope the people of Ontario speak up against that because it clearly rivals even some of the finest bull in the most anal parts of the US.
