Just rec'd my new YG200-8 bike. Of course no assembly guide, just looking for some initial advise or documentation that would provide some guidance. Lots of bolts and washers with no guidance on where to install. Or maybe a previous posting of this info on this site?

    1. As unloading from crate, back end is loaded down whereas fender only has 1-2" clearence.
    2. What bolt / mechanism is holding the rear end down?
    3. There is a pivot arm, one end loose from the rear shock. Not seeing what that bolts up with?
    4. Any special lock that needs to be released, to remove seat?

    Thanks-

    David

    Dear Wayne08,

Damn, I feel your pain! I've googled for the Yingang YG200-8 and find links to an owners manual, but the link does not cooperation. Perhaps this will work for you in Chicago.

Surely someone can help with this!

    Keep us posted.

Does the rear end of your bike looks like the back of an abused German shepherd? Something like this?

    Tail.JPG

You need someone's help: while your assistant is lifting back of a motorcycle, you follow what is happening at the lower end of the shock absorber. At one point, corresponding holes on rear suspension system will occur. Pull through bolt, tight nut and that's it.
Ask me nothing - I DO NOT speak english. Really...

Thanks. This one link I checked out before and still nothing loads.

This is pretty close to my bike. I'll try this on my rear suspension, hopefully this works. I'll post some images too.

So far, so good! Looks like that lift did the trick, then the front wheel completed.
Ok, still a lot of unsed bolts and nuts.

    Dear David,

How's this project coming along? You manage to find uses for all the bolts? You find a manual? I have emailed the MotoSportsParts to note that the download link is not working and asked if they can provide the manual. I'll let you know what I hear.

    cheers!
