you can stiffen up the front by putting a spacer on top of the spring
a piece of steel tube of suitable diameter will do the job
if its very soft now maybe start with a tube about 50mm long
the rear shock may have a threaded ring to adjust the preload
in which case just screw it up
if no adjuster then you can make a spacer
but you will need a lathe to make it
or go to a wrecker and try to find a stiffer spring

Thanks for your answer, can anyone tell me what kind of oil i can put on front fork?
I really need to put some oil and on manuals don't say anything about front fork oil, and i don't know what kind of oil i most buy. Please it's urgent....

Also check your rear shock and see if it has a place to add air. You will need a special pump to get the right pressure.
The oil you need is called "fork oil". Try 10 weight and if it still feels too soft go to 20 weight.
Cheers!
