Hi Guys.
My son has recently aquired a 2009 Zongshen ZS250 GS.
All was well with it untill he replaced the clutch cable.
The release spindle is on the opposite side of the clutch assembley.
When the cable was being replaced, he removed the arm from the spindle to reposition it so the spring had a little more tension.
He had to tap it down on the spindle because it was a tight fit.
The problem is that the clutch will not disengage anymore.
In desparation, the arm was moved back to the original position, but still no luck.
We manually move the arm, to eliminate the possibility that the cable is not pulling enough. No joy.
I can only assume that while tapping the arm on the spindle something fell off, or disengaged from lower down the spindle in the case itself. (clutching at straws here - excuse the pun).
Can anyone here point me towards a service manual, or identify the engine, infact any help please. The local shops wont touch it....
Thanks in advance .
