I wonder how reliable that bored out 250 really is, it is obvious that national is using Wonjan as a OEM they both offer the same models, except Wonjan put a 300cc water cooled engine in their version of this bike. This bike is over engineered, for a lack of a better term. The engine is interesting though, but only if it’s durable.
The oil cooler lines really need to be braided and with better fittings, these look really bad and secured with a plastic zip tie, common….

If this portion of a... "bigger bore" cylinder, which enters in crankcase is thick enough, engine will be OK, but IMO, problem could be increased mass of a bigger diameter piston, so engine could vibrate as much as "Magic Wand".
