Wonjan should hire some professional marketing personnel. They also could benefit from some channel marketing consulting, they are improving but still have ways to go. Those brochres should be entire HTML pages and with details linked into them.
That engine is far from the ideal engine for that style bike, its dirt bike engine.
The price at retail should reflect that and actually does.

You mean a German company since Audi owns Ducati, so it be their complaint. They likely laughed at them, with a 26hp Kawasaki single.
Pretty ballsy of Wonjan….but these are not exact replicas by no means.
Calling the models Space Rangers is so counter productive its hilarious….they really do have no clue beyond just imitating others, they have no idea do they.
I would like to test ride them though just for curiosity if they actually managed to make a bike worth ridding. Its kind of an abomination knowing what it really is.

Ballsy or not, but finally someone, besides "Faishen" (and maybe CCM), remember to use that engine on their motorcycle (which is, for itself, quite OK).

06-05-2013, 03:59 PMI did give them the benefit of being a pre audi design but it seems that the 848 is still in production/Selling through old stock!
Space ranger is an awful name! it's a shame that they've simply found an engine that is big but not actually acknowledged how it's going to affect the ride. The design is a nice one to take inspiration from though!

The street fighter is still in production and so is the Supebike and are what the Wonjan bikes look very similar too.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ducati_848
http://www.ducatiusa.com/bikes/stree...2/tech_spec.do
Both are current offerings on the Ducati website
These are really poser bikes, they are not bad looking though, but considering what they are they will not likely be big sellers.
I would rather have something all its own and not something pretending to be something else, it’s a 300cc single and would sit better in a simple frame, that type of engine is really good for a light weight bike. A bike designed for filtering in traffic.
Who would get into a street fight with only 26hp?
Those behind the Space Rangers should get off the Opium.

IMO, if "Wonjan" manages to pump out enough bikes, make them available (they are already affordable - factory asks app. 2,000 euros for naked one) on the market, in showrooms in your neighborhood - they will manage to sell more than enough bikes and make a significant profit. I am sure that the worldwide market is saturated and tired of the faceless, slim, 150 cc "bicycles", which are the backbone of the production of practically all Chinese factories. I know that I am.
