Thank u for ur quick reply Zorge, I was planning to simply cut the edge. I'm just afraid it might not fit as it's supposed to be for dirt bikes.

Well, this is no big science. Handlebar diameters may vary from 7/8, 1, to 1 1/4 inches, or even thicker (but their ends are reduced to forementioned masures), but I don't think that CF Motor would experiment with non/standard sizes.
By my experience, the biggest problem may be, not installing new, but removal of the old grips, especially the plastic insert from the throttle grip. But I think that dipping in hot water and spray lubricant will help.Ask me nothing - I DO NOT speak english. Really...

The old ones: just cut loose.
By far the best way to install new ones (after experimenting with every other alternative like soap, hairspray, water, tape, etc) is compressed air.
Have a nozzle with a small exit, and just blow between the grip and the bar, while you slowly push the grip.
It blows up like a blowfish, and as long as you keep the pressure on it, you can position it exactly, even take off again.
No mess with liquids, and tight immediately.
Works like a charm as long as diameters suit.

I installed one only, the High one, keep the other one in case.
Here's mine and it's reliable:
