It’s a one fifty and fifty-five mile per hour is about what they do.
I think that it is likely geared right for quick acceleration and basically a urban commuter or starter bike….

If you need to go faster then there are other Zongshens, there Jaguars top speed is 120kph that’s faster. then there's the SOHC water-cooled single that go about 130kph…they are all entry-level bikes.

Considering that there are no tariffs for imports to New Zealand, Zongshen should be establishing distribution in New Zealand. They have enough decent offerings to do so and should, the bikes all should be pretty affordable.

I have a piaggio branded robinson 125 bike. It says its top speed is also 90 km. But importer of the bike said more than 110 . Is it so? Does it contains balance shaft on it's engine? Can anybody provide a manual of the bike! Please reply

Looks like the ZS250GS-3A and ZS250GS-3 are selling in China for about $3,900.00.

Is the ZS250GS-3A in the above photo the Megelli bike?

My guess would be that Megelli struck an agreement with Zongshen, were they get the bikes manufactured by Zongshen and in that Zongshen has the rights to sell them in China? Another scenario would be that Zongshen now fully owns the rights? Megelli’s website for the most part seems abandoned?

These models will likely keep showing up in many markets under the Zongshen brand name and I imagine that Megelli may just fade off.

It seemed as though Zongshen bought Megelli. I hope this bike shows up again in the US competing in the mid to low $2k range with the Dong Fang and other mystery "sport bike" brands we have here in the US. I think it got okay reviews for performance and great reviews for looks the last time we had these bikes in the US...but the price was a little steep making them not a consideration when compared to brand name small sport bikes like Honda's CBR 250 or Kawasaki's Ninja 300

They are selling them in China for $3,700.00-$3,800.00, which is bit steep for these. But that price may come down in time? But considering the lack of options in China they may be selling quite a few of these.

The ZongshenAmercia website is for sale they want $399.00 for it, that tells you something about the value of them here. I would not buy it as you cannot take a companies name and use it, its illegal. Only Zongshen can us it or an affiliate.
