The CR5 is pretty much a version of the Loncin Rover.

Its cost effective for them to make this model if it share parts with another existing model.

Loncin seems to be adopting a naming convention for their bikes the 650 is being referred to as a CR9.
Who knows maybe there are models in the works to fill the in the missing numbers between the CR5 and CR9?

Well as for retro, I think that Minsk could be good for that and they are in the Loncin sales channel.

I think a reintroduced Jupiter with their 300cc DOHC would be possible, it should look a combination of Suzuki GS125/Honda CB750C the results much like this artist rendering of a Sanglass by Oberdan Bezzi.

This actually has a Mineralli Yahmaha 660 cc single in it, but the 300cc could be used and sold geared for street use.

    A Jupiter

Those Hondas and Suzukis are a little bit too streamlined and futuristic. But GIEF ME DAT ANGLA and GIEF HER TO ME NOW!!! She reminds me of certain Kawazaki whose model I don't remember exactly. No matter, the shape of the bike makes a statement of raw brutal power without overdoing anything or overacting a bit. She looks like a train on two wheels.

    Jupiter is related to Jawa?

The bike was a DKW design taken after the war, it was manufactured by IZH.
Jawa also has its name on them.

It had several changes the last one was the version 5,

IZH had a prototype of that bike, rumored to have the Yamaha XT550 engine, a modern version that evidently never made it into production.

The other thing is that within the eastern block and soviet republics, they shared designs, much like the Chinese do? Could say what is yours is mine comrade?

They probably traded designs and manufacturing knowledge as part of edicts handed to them.

Not it any way. IZH are Russian (Soviet, to be precise), while Jawa are Czech. For many years actually Jawa did not exist as a brand "behind the iron curtain", and their bikes were sold as CZ.

Indeed, they both used to make 350cc 2-stroke machines, but nowadays Jawa actually use 650cc Rotax engines for their big bikes. IZH continue making the 350cc 2-strokes (remember Longway Round in Mongolia?), but also have some 4-strokes I think (with Chinese engines?).

Jawa still makes the 350 two stroke, they are but ugly, but the engine is still in production, 23hp with allot of low end torque.
