    hi everyone, ive just undone my oil plug to drain oil ,and and spring and pin dropped out, i didnt see it just heard it, what way round do they go back in ? the pin is flat at one end and pointed at the other ,cheers i know sounds thick but im lost lol thanks

    That was the neutral finder plunger and spring, you don't need to remove that to change your oil, just the 17mm bolt at the bottom is all you need to remove. You need to insert the pin first with the widened end facing down then the spring then the bolt that holds it all in.
    Sinnis Max II (QM125-2V), K157FMI engine (technically a K162FMJ now), 115 main jet, 40 pilot jet, cone air filter, 150cc big bore kit, 17 tooth front sprocket, 30mm carburettor, alarm with remote start, HID spotlights, performance CDI.
