I'm not much of an expert, but I think 越野车 （YueYeChe) is commonly used for off-road vehicles. That's what my mate describes the Shineray as.

If that doesn't work, try 越野摩托车

if it is a dual sport, then it would 公路 Highway 越野车 Off Highway
as in gonglu yeyeche and it explain the GY prefix often used by manufacturer for their dual sport model.

But to be ridden on the public roads it must have a certificate for emissions and not many over 150cc have that, some over 200cc did in 2009 but not after that.
