Hey guys my name is Justin and I just bought a 06' Qlink XF200 second hand from a guy who kept it in his garage and rarely drove it.Paid $800 with 1700 miles.Already did Moose racing filter, moved needle clip to 4th position, did the $10 brake pad footpeg mod, ordered a set of grip puppies,in process of doing 16/44 sprocket combo(installed front, rear will be in tomorrow) and ordered the FMF Turbine Core 2 universal muffler yesterday.I'm gonna need some advice/pointers with doing a jet kit when I do muffler so any help would be appreciated.

Damn, welcome to MCM and sounds like you got yourself a spankin' deal!

Bike looks great, and with the mileage you'll be getting you won't often be there in the filling station.

Sounds like you know your way around bikes. Yours looks okay without the fender, but when the rains come you'll wish you had it.

Welcome again, and look forward to hearing more about your experience. Pix of your rides welcome too!

    cheers

    Howdy, Texan!

In any case, I would put the fender back on. With a fender on, you will not be sprayed with water and mud.

If you don’t like the stock, supermotard style fender, you could try to find and put fender of a road bike with a upside down fork.
Ask me nothing - I DO NOT speak english. Really...
