Haojiang is the 25th largest producer of motorcycles in china, they gained 3.62% of their 116,500 units of production in the first half of 2012 compared to the first half of 2011.

Haojiang exported 81.81% of its total production for the first half of 2012, ranking 16th in the top 50 exporters.

Here are some of their export models sold under the ZONTES brand name.
    Panther

    Tiger

    Monster

These are offered in the UK

Behind these in the UK is Dean Clements of ClementsMoto, they are also the distributor for Baotian. For some reason Jiangmen Sino-HongKong Baotian Motorcylce Industrial Co., Ltd does not show up in the Top 50 Chinese manufactures? Even though they are leading scooter sales in Europe.

In Serbia, the HJ 125-8A is sold as Sprint Track 125 and you can get it for a bit more than 1,000 euros.

This bike is mainstream, common small displacement Chinese motorcycle. What is the mystery to me is its engine - it is not "good old" OHV or CB's clone and seem to have balance shaft.
Ask me nothing - I DO NOT speak english. Really...

Not very quite is it….they advertised a 200cc version that never seemed to come to light, the ZT166FML.
    The model name is Phantom.

A 13kW 200cc bike with a higher price would not sell very well in Europe, it would have to meet E3 and likely need EFI to do that being over 150cc, maybe? Generic is advertising a 200cc but does not offer any yet for sale? I wonder if it would need EFI to enter the market or not?

It never came around….they do seem to need to offer more or they may get left behind? It could be a real economic wall the emissions, getting past it and maintaining budget prices, may be economically infeasible?

I fixed the posts, but cannot change the title of the thread or html tags, the title and tags should be Haojiang 广东大冶摩托车技术有限公司, ZONTES

I am glad you pointed that out, it made no sense to me that the above bikes were not sold in China? Now it makes more sense as Haojiang does offer all of them in China and also as 150cc models.
