We don`t use our commercial name very often , as this is not very serious. You know, many chinese bikes, but only stickers is different.

Our company named E.W.Motors, but pls don`t try to ask google, as it is only company name.

We are working with many chinese factories like Haojiang, Jiajia Juneng, Yamasaki, Hanway , Jianshe.

Every year situation becomes worse and worse. Now our government ask special certificate called OTTS, it looks like EEC and ECE document . But how to get it?

First you need to check EEC document, after that you will see that some testing reports looks not like our requriments You need do do it in some of European accredible laboratory.

Next step you need to go to an inspection trip to factory with government engineer , he will check everything from original documents to spare parts warehouse. After this trip , engineer prepare special report to government.

And after all steps you will receive Russian certificate, all step takes from 2 to 5 months.

They actually go to the Chinese factory?

Societies with a historically higher propensity for corruption are far less trusting, stricter regulation require much more significant bribes. Inevitably the gateways to market are controlled through an Oligarchy.
