Anyone know of an aftermarket, bolton exhaust for this bike? Seems to be the one thing it can use?

Assuming that it has a 32 mm outside diameter exhaust pipe, there are many universal-fitting cans on the market. I don't think anyone makes a specific model for that bike.
I mention the 32 mm OD as this is the most common OD for exhaust pipes on Chinese bikes 50-250cc.

Most of the cans for these bikes are generic and that's how people do it in China as well. The only downside is you'll need to find somebody with welding skills to make it happen which can add to the cost if the welder isn't a personal friend of yours.

As of now, there isn't a whole bunch of aftermarket support for individual bikes but seen as a whole, there are millions of workable parts out there which can upgrade just about anything as long as you're willing to spend the time and energy to research and order parts from distant lands.
