    Sukida ranks 27th in the top 50 manufactures in China.
    As of June 2012 they lost 27.68% of that production compared to June 2011.
    Sukida also ranked 27th in total export of its production exporting 43.12% of its total production.


    Their formal name is Guangzhou Panyu Hao Jian Motorcycle Industry Co., Ltd.


    Seems that they are all doing the same things at the same time, that being offering revised bikes that mostly have the 223cc OHC engines.


    Here are few of Sukida offerings….these are showing up under many different names being offered through many different trading companies. That pose as the actual manufacturers.

    Here is what is interesting, this supplier listed on China Suppliers list these and many other manufactures models. Nothing on the B2B profile reveals that Chongqing Baohua Motorcycle Co., Ltd. is not the OEM of the products actually they present themselves as the manufacturer.


    In fact for $39.50 you can purchase a audit report on them….


    What could that report say? It could say that the listed products are manufactured by many manufactures across China. Would it also say the images of the factory are just images of any factory and since this company is only a wholesale trading company it does not actually have a factory?

    this one looks nice! Dual sport stylized on BMWs. Also looks similiar to shineray x5

    Yes, it really is quite a nice and modern design, without irritating details which can be often see on some C-Motos.

    Photo does not show much, but it seems that it's all quite decent assembled.
    Ask me nothing - I DO NOT speak english. Really...

    Another name for Chongqing Baohua Motorcycle Co., Ltd is Sprintco(China) Vehicles Industry Co., Ltd
    Their terms of warranty disclose that. Probably inadvertently?


    The SP prefix is added to some advertised model on that B2B website, the SP names stands for Sprintco. For example their advertised SP150GY-10X is actually a Zongshen ZS150GY-10X


    Sprintco has a website, but its currently not functioning.

    So this is one big trading company that is buying out of various factories and selling them as a single source.
    But they are not revealing that, they actually seem to be hiding that.

    Here is another very interesting offering, not on the same B2B site but on another site that is using the Sprintco name. They call it an XR250


    It is a prototype Yingang dual sport that has the DOHC 249cc engine. They do not have real specs on it.



    That model is not in production to the best of my knowledge, and it would be a YG250.
    Here is another image of the YG250 that was taken previously from another website. Both images were taken in front of the YG factories offices.

    The YG250 is also listed on the China Suppliers website....also as an XR250

    Its a shame that these people are not professionals, because the idea is not bad to offer the best out of each manufacturer, not like it has not been tried before as it is pretty much what re-branding is. But what it lacks is real documentation in that are they creating manuals and easy to access parts indexes with diagrams, even better would be real actual shop manuals. Basically professional managed services, which would include QC on the production runs on site. I am so sure that is not happening.

    The production statistics are sourced from Tianjin University, through a site named chinamotorcyle.com, which is really hard to get at these days, Google does not like that site at all.

    Since June 2012, Sukida lost more production
    223,148 November year to date 2012
    329,438 November year to date 2011
    -32.26 Loss in production volume.
    1.04 total share of total production China.
    26 Rank out of Top 50 2012

    Yingang as of November 2012 is fairing better
    343,971 November year to date 2012
    341,140 November year to date 2011
    0.83 Gain in production volume.
    1.60 total share of total production China.
    18 Rank out of Top 50 2012

    As of November 2012 the entire industry lost over 12% of total production from last year. Representing a Year on Year trend since 2009, which is increasing each year.

    The university does publish analysis of the industry, they make recommendations. One of which is a focus on brand names. However that must get misinterpreted into a call to create more brand names?


    They could pass a law that all motorcycles only be sold under a registered model name to the registered Manufacturer WMI. That the WMI be stamped not only on the frame but that the model name be registered in a directory associated with the WMI and that the WMI be audited to ensure it is meeting all regulations. But better yet to ensure quality they require all models have full documentation and parts list published or not be authorized for sale.


    That would thin the herd, shut down many and in that make the overall industry healthier.


    In fact importing countries should also demand such a systems be in place and if not in place then should ban the imports.


    How can they get away with selling products without formal parts lists and servicing manuals? They seem to think they can and actually do and well as a result entry into the industry is easy and the result is too many in the industry and overall a failing industry in result.

    Trading companies are in fact interfaces, they are managed services. They should be investing in technology interfaces to the factories production runs and the relative details of the models. The consumer interface should be there as well and in that in the form of web portals on websites. The B2B sites are not doing it well they are a garbage can of well garbage.


    An online system of catalogs that represent legitimate products with legitimate support documents and part directories.


    The internet is being taken over by sales people and the results are really gross, the real potential lost in a see of garbage and frivolous blither .
