Lexmoto lsm125 restrictions?

Just a quick one.

Just wondering if my lexmoto lsm125 (str125yb) is restricted? It's a 62 plate, if that makes a difference. If it is restricted, anyone know how? and how to remove these restrictions

Although, i think the pure 9.5bhp is too much to even attempt to restrict so i doubt they'll have one. Ta though.

As far as I know these engines aren't restricted in the conventional sence which would be an ignition retardation at a given RPM; the only restriction is what power the engine can output. Your only option is to do some performance mods. For example the exhaust system on chinese bikes are usually quite restrictive due to noise and emmision conserns. The end can on LSMs can be detached from the down pipe so there should be some universal cans that will fit. Take off your end can and see what diamater the end of the down pipe is and I'll have a fish around on eBay for some end cans if you're interested.
