Carb Help Sinnis Apache

Hi there i was wondering if anyone knew the correct settings for the standard carb on a Apache. I really need both settings for the top and bottom. Thanks for looking much appreciated.

The stock main jet should be 97.5 (if you have a cone air filter 105 would be better). I think the pilot jet should be 15 but im not 100% on that one. The Idle mixture screw on the bottom should turned all the way in then turned 2 turns out as a starting point then fine tuned to give the fastest and smoothest idle. The idle speed adjuster on the side should be tuned so that your engine is running at 1500rpm.

If i put a performance exhaust on my bike do i have to change the jets from standard as well?

Is there anyway to free up the adjustment screw on the bottom as mine doesn't turn at all
