That engine if an OHC is typically a Zongshen and is found in a ZS200GY as the ZS167FML.

The body is copy of the Yamaha FZ-S, which are made in India.

Chongqing Union Co,.ltd.is not likely a manufacturer, likely a wholesaler.
The serial number on your motorcyles frames steering neck begins with three characters that will tell us who actually makes it.
Yep that is correct Here somebtimes the FZ ownwers exchange body parts with this bike here Yamaha only have the FZ16

I would bet that your bike is manufactured by Qianjiang, that is the same company that is Keeway.
They have both a OHC and OHV engine in 200cc.

Here is a 200cc they make offered by KSR Moto also know as Generic.

    Generic Code S 200

    Benelli Dragon

    Keeway RKV 200

    RKS200

If this is true then you got very good bike for a very good price. I wish I could get it plated in the US cause if i could I would go to Costa Rica and get one.

Seems like that bike is as much as a copy of a Yamaha as the BJ600 is? Loosely based of the FZ-S even the engines cases look very similar.

I no longer think it is made by Qianjiang, Motomel sold allot of those.

They are asking $3,200.00 USD for those in Argentina.

Owners manual for the Motomel version of that bike, I suspect that you have something the same for the Formula?

There are lots of thread on Spanish language forums for the Motomel Sirius 200, that is your best resource.

This version has a OHV engine

See the sliver adjustment screw on the engine.

Here is a thread relating to that type engine, which may be your engine.
