With Christmas at the doorsteps and the year coming to a close, I want to wish a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to the community.

Thanks to CrazyCarl, all admins and moderators, who helped to set up and maintain this place. May many years follow.

Andy et al,

Thanks for the good wishes and many returns to you as well. Although the board is new and relatively small we have some great opportunities to make a difference in China and around the world. You, in particular, are a great asset to the not only the China motorcycling community but to the sport of motorcycling in general and I'm sure more than a few of us greatly appreciate all the time and effort you've spent to make sure people feel at home exploring such a crazy country!

I would also like to extend my gratitude and thanks to all of those who take the time to contribute to our small universe here. The initial challenge for this community is great because of the truly international breadth of members and information it tries to encompass. I know it won't be suitable for everyone, all the time, but I'd again like to reiterate that we're open to any considerate suggestions on how to maximize the communities talents and resources to increase it's impact and exposure.

That said, we've got some great ideas in the cooker which I'll be sure to let you guys know about when the time comes. Until then, no matter where you are, please ride safely, live a life of learning and spend some time this holiday appreciating the friends and family around the world we are so blessed to have. There are many out there with much less than us who have made our journeys not only possible, but enriched us with unforgettable lessons and laughs, let's be sure to take a moment and pay our respects to them as well.
