maybe you even don't need to take off X5 sprocket, just check some links on taobao, where seller show sprocket dimensions and then compare them to dimensions from link above.
I would not spend Euros on the sprockets. They are cheap to buy in China and the wear out is in acceptable range.
On my X5 I had a good quality DID chain and after 10k km the front and rear sprockets have been still intact.
