The bike does come in three versions 125cc, 200cc and 250cc, the 200cc bike inherited a shop manual, not an owners manual an actual shop service manual.

Shop manuals go beyond owners manuals, the manufactures really needs to take that 200cc manual and go through it and add the 250cc specifications as well as the 125cc.

This is what they can do, create a website that hosts the service manual as PDF file for download.
Then request a VIN and email address to access the documents.

Then you get a list of everyone that owns one and you could sell them parts? You could do a lot with such a list I would think.

Pay close attention to your oil change, I seem to recall it uses more than 1.4 litres which is marked on the side of the engine. The specs for the Suzuki TU250:
Engine oil, without filter change .......................................... 1400 ml (1.5 US qt)
With filter change .................................................. ..............1500 ml (1.6 US qt)

The TU250 doesn't have the oil cooler system, so I think the XF/QM250 needs a bit more Did you get a manual with the bike showing the capacity?

    Cheers!

I think you might be right - I did receive an owners manual with the motorcycle, along with a complete parts fiche, astonishingly. I'll confirm in the next day or so.

If they are there, I'll post them. No problem!

That would be awesome on a few different levels.

Confirmed - none are in the owners manual. I'll email Michael.

Could these be made by the same people that make the Qlink motorcycles? The gauges look like they might be the same, and I know from reading a review at motorcycle.com, that the headlight is held on by some kind of rubber bands.

Birdmove; essentially the same bike between these and the Qlink; I should have mentioned the SSR on your other thread.

Thanks, culcune. I've heard pretty good things about the Qlink. I think the SSR 200 bike is a bit less in price too.

    The intake valve (spec .001-.003)
    The exhaust valve (spec .003 - .005)

For the TU250X sold in the USA, the Chinese engine could be different?
Maybe different because of the EFI on the TU250X, but I really doubt that.

I read the only problems with those is that the crush washer for the oil cooler leak and needs to be brass, then also the bracket for the rear brake line also is not secured well, other then that nobody seems to have any issues with these.

I may sell my 200 and get one, I have three motorcycles and would have to sell at least one. I could get rid of the 200 and replace it with the 250, but I already spent my bike money for the year.

These bikes should be more popular then they are….but with them being primarily drop shipped most potential buyers including dealers will likely avoid them.

I think the popularity with the Qlink is the dealer network...primarily their busiest dealer, JP Motorsports who have a decent reputation.

I was hoping that JP would have imported the Qingqi 250 as their own brand, but they only brought in 4 or 5 bikes to sell along the Qlink 200. That was 2 or so years ago. Maybe they will start selling the SSR, but with them offering 2013 Qlink XF 200s, it seems like Qlink will be around this year which was a question a few months ago.

I wish you could buy a 250 to go alongside your Qlink rather than having to sell it...
