05-04-2013, 12:05 AMI can manage to get my hands to another exhaust from a qingqi 200gy, i can also manage to weld it, tho..i`m not sure if fitting another exhaust is a good idea? Anyone here know`s about exhausts? If i put another exhaust, does that mean that it wont provide enough pressure? What does that mean?
Oh and i forgot to mention, i own Qingqi200GY

IMO, it's not two-stroker, so you can not ruin his sensitive tune-up. Perhaps is better idea to modify both mufflers to be slip-ons, and then modify one of them to be.... more open.
Ask me nothing - I DO NOT speak english. Really...

05-04-2013, 10:12 AMwhat do u mean by slip on`s? I thought my exhaust is already slip on, since i can separate the muffler from the tube that`s coming out of the engine.

You may have to increase the jet size in the carburetor, there are thread on that all over this forum.

05-04-2013, 11:34 AMAll those look nice. I can get an exhaust tho. The main question is..will there be any sideeffects like loss of power, more fuel consumption and...i don`t really know what else can happen.

I kind of slipped his mind that you have two identical exhaust, so I thought it a good idea to maximally simplify their replacement. What I wanted to tell you that I think you'll benefit more from a modified exhaust but the two together.
And again - that's not two-stroker; on 4T, muffler is necessary evil.Ask me nothing - I DO NOT speak english. Really...

There has already been threads on the subject, it has all been covered, just look through the associated threads below. A free flowing exhaust usually requires increasing the size of the jets, the thread should cover all that as I recall. I left mine stock, I like the look of the muffler on the bike I did not want change that.
In brief no it would not hurt the bike, it may even run fine with the stock jets, but typically the jets are increased in size, only downfall would be decreased MPG, the biggest benefit is better throttle response and more aggressive exhaust note.
