I found this new bike from Asiawing which looks very promising to say the least! See what you think....

If you click on Asiawingmotor, they have some other videos of this bike in action.

I think it may be a KX450 engine on a Chinese frame

Looks good. The Asiawing 450 is supposed to be watercooled and to 500 air/oil. Is the KX450 water-coooled?

IF (and this is a very large if) the photos of the engine on Asiawing's web site are accurate it ca't be the same engine. The Asiawing engine looks like a SOHC with a 9.6:1 compression ratio while the KX450 is a 12.5:1 with DOHC. Would really need to see a better image of the Asiawing bike (which they currently don't offer on their web page).

Also, I don't think Kawasaki has any joint partnership relationships with chinese manufacturers do they? I know the other three of the Big Four do but I don't recall the Big Green having any knock-offs.

Where I live there is a quad bike factory who have a deal with Yamaha. They are all Yamaha technology and they all have 450cc water-cooled singles. They make these engines here. Perhaps this is a similar engine in the Asiawing?
Possibly the technology in the bikes near me is older than the modern YFZ, and probably has 4 valves and a carb, but I'm not sure.
Yamaha YFZ450R 2009
Engine and transmission
Displacement: 449.00 ccm (27.40 cubic inches)
Engine type: Single cylinder
Stroke: 4
Compression: 11.6:1
Bore x stroke: 95.0 x 63.4 mm (3.7 x 2.5 inches)
Fuel system: Injection. Yamaha Fuel Injection (YFI) , 42mm
Valves per cylinder: 5
Fuel control: DOHC
Ignition: TCI (Digital)
Starter: Electric
Cooling system: Liquid
Gearbox: 5-speed
Transmission type
final drive: Chain
The quad bike factory near me IMHO is an attempt by Yamaha to make 'real' quad bikes available re-badged and cut the copycat Chinese garbage out of the foreign export market.

Now that I think I can embed videos, here is another video of the bike in actual competition. Of course, no one knows what, if anything, was done to prep the bike, or if it's really their own bike, and the competition doesn't look extremely intense, maybe on par with how 'snortin nortin' rides on his home track after a few cappacinos, but this is their own company video:
