    hi,
    so I want to ride from Kunming to Dali.
    Expressway is not allowed and the road following the expressway will be very busy I guess.
    With help from google I made an alternative route. Stop over in Yuanmou and visit earth forest park.
    So anyone any experience with this route..is it worth the effort?

    (around yuanmou there is a loop on google maps..i want to take the upper part...)
