Well she arrived today. Couldn't resist getting one.. 5 years unlimited mileage warranty - unheard of (well in the UK).
Had a little 50 mile jaunt, taking it easy of course while running in the new motor.
    My blog begins!

I thought that too. It is the tyre dressing the dealer put on. They are made by a company called Kingstone. To be fair, they look decent enough - will let you know later how they perform...

Today I decided to have a look under the Adrenalin's skin and do some ACF-50 spraying and cable tidying. Very easy job, panels held by a few screws. I separated each connector and gave it a good ACF-50 squirt. Then a few cable ties to tidy thing up.

Time to connect the battery charger lead, and my USB charging point cables. A pleasant surprise - a lithium ion battery fitted as standard - or is it a pleasant surprise!!!!

Note the factory "fix it" to keep the smaller battery in place..........

I must have ya'll know as soon as now; Kingstone tires are the most slippery. :D (at least from my experience)
I do stunts (and you know burnouts and drifts are part of them)

I googled the tyres and they are from a german manufacturer who has been making tyres for the past 50 years. I suppose its the old rubber vs nylon but I think the tyres are ok for the price you pay for the bike

Why all the stress of the manufacturer or on the ply of this tyre??

If they where steel belted - would we want Kevlar belts...

They are more than adequate for this 250 bike, I've ridden them in an absolute torrent of wind and rain today and other times at the bikes maximum speed.

They didn't slip, slide or explode..

As a package this bike and tyres are worth it.

Want different rubber - buy it... or better still wait until you need to replace...

Anyone else with this bike & tyre combo - relax - they are fine...

    Now back to my blog...

    Peace
