    Hi everyone, Im new to this forum and wanted to say hi and post a recent project that Im working on :)

    So far Ive done the following;
    Paint
    Valve gaps
    Tires
    foam grips for vibration dampening
    Changed out 56 tooth sprocket with 41 tooth (This was the most exciting change, as I had to wind out the engine to about 8000 to 8500 to get 75km/hr! Now I get 80km/hr @7500rpm in 4th!! in 5th I can cruse 80-85km/hr at 6500-7000 which to me is much better for the highway and I dont feel the panic of the engine to keep up with traffic. Plus the torque loss is not very big. After all, its not the kind of bike that you would be twisting the throttle for a catwalk, breaking any speed records ! lol
    Fun to ride now!!

    Questions though ;
    What king of upgrade to use for sparking system?? found this on ebay but dont know if it would work? Anyone that can help cross refference the parts I need for higher performance CDI and Such would be hugely appreciated! :)

    Thanks, yes, That was what I was going for :)

    Seems this is a rare bike on this forum and although I have no issues with the bike yet, I wish I know what engine this is a copy of or what parts I could use for things like piston rings etc. for when the time comes. Seems Saga Canada only has the basic stuff and whats with a muffler 137 for each of the 2 parts?? there must be another type of muffler I could use.

    Wondering if I put a performance muffler on this Saga 250cc engine will mess anything up as far as the carb goes and if I need to change anything there or re-jet?
