    No he's not banned! I'm not sure why he's been so absent recently but maybe he's got some other business to take care of. People have a habit of disappearing for periods of time without explanation you know!

    I guess Canadian secret agents slipped across the border and have whisked him away to be tortured in Quebec until he admits he likes their country, and the French language...
