Poor Auntie Wang Xiuxia! Well, not really "poor", but certainly "unlucky" (she was caught). The "now poor" folks are the ones whose plates have been cancelled. I wonder what will happen to them?

there is actually a company that rent car plates for 1000 a month.... my buick regal uses this at the moment until we win the lottery... good luck to me.
