Just bought a xy250gy-2a here in Qingdao, and I am off to explore the local mountains :-)

Does anyone have some documentation such as Wiring Diagram and User Manual?

Overall I'm pretty happy with it so far.
There are a few issues, but they are minor:
The turn signal is out of order. One of the signals is very dim. During troubleshooting I accidentally short circuited the blinker relay, so that also stopped working :-S (shit happens).
The rubber strap to hold the front fairing and headlight is missing a chunk of the hitch, but it still works fine.
The screw for holding had the thread partly stripped during the dealers installation. The problem is that the nut in the seat is not aligned properly with the guide in the frame. It is not a big issue now, but it could be a pain later.
The worst problem is maybe that some of the frame welding is porous. On mine it is at the point just in front of the gas tank where the top of the frame is welded to the head tube.
The last thing is that Neutral can be a bit hard to find.

The overall quality of the bike makes me confident that I will not have to walk home. The first bikes I looked at only cost 6000 RMB, but I think that money would be more or less wasted first time I would have a break down.

The bike rides well and has a decent acceleration.

Are there any fellow riders in Qingdao that would like to hook up?

    Here goes

It looks like a genuine dual sport bike.

Biggest issue is the welding. I will complain at the dealer and see.

Then there is the turn signal. I suspect there is a bad connection in the lamp.

The first bike I looked at in the shop also had a broken rubber hook. This is mine.

This is the other side which is good.

Looks great. Those rubber hooks don't seem to last long just replace them with zip ties and forget about it. The porous weld is not a good look though, looks like the welder got caught in a gust of wind or even ran out of gas at the critical moment. If you decide to re-weld that grind it right out and remove the cdi and regulator before you hit it with 400 volts . On the bright side the engine will give you many miles of service, mine has 16500km with no problems.

if its new, might take a few more km's before the gearbox loosens up, in terms of the welding work unless your getting a new bike or doing a full frame swap nothing else you can do about it really dealer wise that is.

looks like a decent offroad bike though.

Thanks for the hint. It only has 70 km on the clock, so I will treat it with a hand full of patience then.
The welding I will discuss with the dealer or even directly with Shineray.

This is m first dual sport, so I can't really compare it. I have tried it on some mountain bike single-tracks and it was fairly easy to handle even for an inexperienced rider like me. With it's 120 kg it is both heavier and lighter than it's European and Japanese peers.

120kg is bloody light, my previous bike a spanish made supermoto was 118kg when full fueled it ended up on top of me once was easy enough to lift up again.

I went to the dealer today and they replaced the flasher relay and the malfunctioning lamp. I also got a new rubber strap. All parts were naturally cannibalized from other bikes. They are a little used and dirty, but what the heck, we are in China and it works now.
I have a very helpful Chinese colleague who have been talking to them about the welding issue and I non't really know the status as of now. I think I might need to take up with Shineray later though.

A new 'funny' malfunction has materialized itself: When I pass 50 kmph then the speedometer start to show the double of my actual speed. There must be something loose or worn at the encoder.
The rear right turn signal lamp is also broken.
They do not have much luck with their turn signals

The rear red reflex has broken off too... but that is my own fault, because I was training wheelies
