Just mounted a Givi-knockoff topbox on my new e-scooter a couple of days ago. I think i hadn't tightened up the nuts tightly enough, and as a result one of the nuts came loose, fell out and the supplied mounting bracket which the nut was holding up, went with it. I've been looking high and low for a replacement bracket (see image below) but to no avail. Anyone have any ideas where I might be able to find one (or something similar)?

    Thanks!

I'd swing by any small ma and pa type fabricating workshop or even a hadrware store taking a sample flange/bracket... otherwise

Any B&Q shop near to your location? If so then you will likely find that they have flat alloy which you could have cut to whatever length (B&Q) offer free cutting. Sure you'll have a whole lot of surplus but most fabricators aren't likely to be interested in making up one bracket. You could try that option though...

Thanks for the B&Q suggestion bikerdoc! I didn't even think there'd be a B&Q in Beijing (let alone 3), so I went over to the one just by 西四环 and found a flat plate which should've worked. Bought it, tried it out as soon as I got back home and hey presto! It works!
