BMW R1100RT with fake VIN number

You can see the light blue BMW R1100RT in the picture .... one of the people on a ride out just got this from a buyer down south come with the green Chinese
registration book .had a quick look and all looks ok could not make out all the details but could make out the VIN number details ok

VIN number was WB10307A15ZN40785

when i checked online it come back as:

If you look down at the bottom left of the picture you can see the OEM ID plate
with my picture in HR i could zoom in and make out the last 7 number which was ZD26104.... the people down south have tried to hide the plate with a sticker over the plate not well done


Now that VIN number come back as .....

and when i pointed out the sticker over the real VIN number he said the Chinese police are "stupid " and we not see it ..

so that how it done in China did not check the engine number as its very hard to find so if its hard for me to find then the chinese police will not look for it no time ???

so he ride a legal BMW bike with a legal registration book

Got the blue right but one is light and the other dark but hay do the Chinese police can tell between dark and light
