10-03-2013, 02:39 PMI ordered new rear suspension from Wemoto.com as they deduct U.K VAT (20%) from bill and hopefully write little lower sum to invoice.
Suspension is made by company called Nitron, and it is U.K based company who also has production in Malaysia, but i decided to order from Wemoto as i could not get any VAT discount directly from Nitron.
There are three option from witch you can choose Sport, Track and Race.

I decided to take cheapest option what was the Sport.
Shock was build to specs what was about max 159kg and street/track if i remember correctly
I am expecting delivery in week or two as it left from U.K few days a go.
I will install this suspension to 650NK but this will work on 650TR model too.Last edited by Wald0; 10-08-2013 at 03:27 PM.

10-03-2013, 02:40 PMSuspension arrived today and of course that company did not lower the value in the invoice sum so i ended paying 32% import tax and 10% VAT from 444Eur :( but thats life!

10-08-2013, 03:19 PMFirst get your back wheel up!
I used my M-Biker 103 stand, I normally use it just to grease and clean my chains.

M-biker and how you would normally use it.

I used right peg to prop bike up and it was good choice!
Remember to open bolts slightly before lifting rear end up.
I had to remove that silver exhaust bit before i could lift bike up.

After bolts are off, continue to pull old suspension off.

Old suspension Vs New suspension.

Just slide new shock in place and tighten bolts!
now your ready to lower rear end back to ground and tight those bolts to specks.
Last step is just to put all bits and pieces back together.
First impression:Even is Sport version of the suspension does allow to lift rear end about 7mm i at the moment did not do that but i still feel that back end did lift little and i must say i do like it.
Color: Im not huge fan of that spring color, but i was too eager to install it, I might paint it to red later. Nitron does offer black spring, but it will cost little extra and i decided that i will not spend more money for that.Last edited by Wald0; 10-08-2013 at 03:50 PM.

02-06-2014, 02:24 PMWell, not really.. Shock works great, much better riding with a passenger and alone. i'm sure if your very light build original shock can be enough.. but i am over 100kg.. could have gone little softer spring as I lost 10kg lately.. ou yes .. one big minus.. color! ;)
