    Just got word from QingQi motorcycles that the guy who got hauled off for bad tax practices was head of the Jinan QingQi group which owned QingQi until 2006. After 2006, QingQi Motors was largely owned by a massive vehicle conglomerate called "China South".

    Mr. Zhang's issues don't effect the motorcycle manufacturer, it's just a shame the name is still the same.
