anyone how where to get parts from? ive searched all over the web and nothing but dead ends. also need a good service manual. i don't know where the air filter and oil filter is at.

I am assuming you are from the USA? You would be best to find the original vendor of the bike from china (or OEM country). Like in the UK Sinnis is re-baged Qingqi. From there you can use source parts easily. You can try contacting a reseller like - http://www.scooterdepot.us/ and see if they can supply you with parts.

Ok so it looks like the full company name is - Ningbo Dongfang Lingyun Vehicle Made Co.,Ltd.

They don't seem to have that bike listed as a direct sale, this probably means its modified for the market. I found they are based on a more popular bike such as an old Suzuki or Honda. If you can find that out you can then look for parts based on the mainstream bikes. I buy a lot of Suzuki parts for my Sinnis.

Their website recommends this site here for parts - http://www.crtmotoparts.com/ you could phone them and see if they import too.

You may also find parts for a gy250 may fit as they website seems to mention them.
